Job description

Job Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for understanding and mitigating financial impacts and contractual obligations while facilitating customer change requests or issues.

  • Anchor calls/discussions, understand stakeholder requirements, and provide suitable resolutions by collaborating with upstream and downstream teams for CLOUD services.
  • Create remediation plans to resolve post-booking issues.
  • Identify and prioritize requests based on customer impact.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to assist stakeholders in effectively resolving reported issues.
  • Drive robust communication mechanisms to build customer/stakeholder trust and confidence.
  • Identify the root cause of issues and report them to relevant stakeholders for remediation.
  • Display agility in adapting to rapidly changing business needs.
  • Maintain awareness of work quality, take initiative to improve performance and processes through constant self-evaluation.
  • Handle semi-routine assignments requiring recognition of deviations from standard practices.
  • This role reports to the Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Manager.
