Job summary

Apex Group in Pune is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Middle Office to join the Trade Processing team. You will handle trade capture, matching and settlement for securities, FX, and money markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing across clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in Hedge/Mutual funds Middle Office Trade Support, strong Excel skills, and good communication. Willingness to work shifts is preferred; convenience with Calypso is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post graduate in Commerce, MBA Finance, CA/CMA/CFA.
• 1-5 years Hedge/Mutual funds Middle Office Trade Support experience.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills; analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Working as a member of the Trade Processing team including trade capture, matching and settlement of Securities, FX and Money market instruments.
• Process Global Security transactions on Calypso platform within deadlines.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade confirmation and settlement queries.
• Monitor transactions to ensure timely processing; ensure trades are matched within deadlines.
• Resolve failed trade queries and escalate when needed; document errors per policy.
