Job summary

Flextronics in Coimbatore, India is seeking a Senior Analyst - Master Data Management to support vendor master records, pricing resolution, and data integrity. You will analyze data, generate reports, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in ERP/P2P environments (BAAN, SAP, Oracle). Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, plus strong communication, and ability to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years experience in relevant role.
• ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle experience.
• Mandatory knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN) is preferred.
• Flexible to work in all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other commercial T&Cs.
• Provide reports, information, analysis, etc., in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain good public relations with outside suppliers and strong partnership with internal customers.
• Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup.
• Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests.
• Obtain price and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, We’re looking to add a Senior Analyst - Master Data Management in Coimbatore, India. The Specialist – Master Data Management performs analysis, provide reports, information to create and maintain vendor master records and updates vendor setup. Additionally, work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing.

Typical Day

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.

Experience and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience - 2+ Years

Proficiency: ERP/P2P systems BAAN / SAP/ Oracle

Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN) preferred
