is seeking a Senior Analyst KYC QA to review risk profiles, ensure adherence to policy and regulatory standards, and provide quality assurance oversight across customer onboarding processes. You will identify variances, document findings, collaborate with stakeholders to drive remediation, and help strengthen compliance and operational efficiency in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in KYC processes and regulations, preferably performing QA reviews of KYC files.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining KYC programmes.
• Prior KYC, AML, or compliance QA experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to perform QA reviews, assess KYC compliance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Review adherence to KYC Policy, Operating Manual, QA Workbooks, and process documentation.
• Select representative samples of customers for review in collaboration with KYC MO.
• Complete QA workbooks and assess accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of KYC reviews.
• Document variances, share findings with process owners, and recommend remediation actions.
• Revalidate remediated variances and close them once satisfactorily addressed.
• Summarise QA results and develop plans with the Bank to address exceptions and errors.

As a Senior Analyst KYC QA, you will review KYC profiles, ensure adherence to policy and regulatory standards, and provide quality assurance oversight across customer onboarding processes. You will identify variances, recommend improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

KYC QA Reviews

• Review adherence to KYC Policy, Operating Manual, QA Workbooks, and process documentation.
• Select representative samples of customers for review in collaboration with KYC MO.
• Complete QA workbooks and assess accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of KYC reviews.
• Document variances, share findings with process owners, and recommend remediation actions.
• Revalidate remediated variances and close them once satisfactorily addressed.
• Summarise QA results and develop plans with the Bank to address exceptions and errors.

Analysis & Recommendations

• Assign variances into themes by customer type.
• Document recommendations for each QA theme, classifying impact as “Improving quality” or “Improving efficiency.”
• Compare quarterly results to assess the impact of recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver QA Toolkit workbooks.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Discuss variances with process owners and collaborate on remediation.
• Work with technical, customer, and functional teams to ensure effective QA processes.
• Provide clear communication and concise reporting to stakeholders.

Experience

• You have 5–7 years of experience in KYC processes and regulations, preferably performing QA reviews of KYC files.
• You have experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining KYC programmes.
• You have prior KYC, AML, or compliance QA experience in financial services.
• You have proven ability to perform QA reviews, assess KYC compliance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Technical Expertise

• You have a solid foundation in BSA/AML regulations.
• You have knowledge of market practices related to KYC operations.
• You have the ability to review complex client data, identify discrepancies, and assess risk profiles.
• You have an undergraduate degree (required).
• You have ACAMS certification (preferred but not required).
