Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science, preferably in business, technology, or engineering OR relevant business experience.
• 4-6 years’ experience in executing market assessment and strategy projects for infrastructure.
• Excellent English speaking and report writing, teamwork across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy projects and support transaction projects when needed.
• Lead tasks for market entry strategy, competitor assessment, and risk review.
• Conduct independent research and analysis as required.
• Prepare deliverables across engagement phases with minimal supervision.
• Support sustainability and decarbonization related activities.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute knowledge to the Global Advisory team.
• Assist proposal development under supervision of project and proposal management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategy projects and also support transaction projects, when necessary
• Lead tasks for business concept review, market entry strategy, competitor assessment, risk review
• Conduct independent research and analysis when necessary
• Compiling analysis and preparation of deliverables to contribute to the completion of multiple engagement phases of a project. Demonstrate capabilities with low level of supervision
• Support sustainability and decarbonization related project activities
• Guide and mentor more junior colleagues, share specialist knowledge with the broader Global Advisory team
• Support proposal development activities under the supervision of project and proposal management professionals

• Delivers or contributes to the development of work products throughout at least one phase of an engagement
• Co-facilitates group discussions with team members or client representatives
• Uses recognized methods to deliver work products
• Contributes to risk and issue identification and synthesis of solutions

Industry knowledge capability

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ experience in executing market assessment and strategy projects for infrastructure projects including power and oil & gas.
• Graduation in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with secondary qualification in management/strategy
• Excellent English speaking and report writing skills, ability to work with multi-cultural teams across different time zones and in a virtual setting
• Good communication skills and personal presence for client interactions
• Willingness to travel and multi-task to meet tight timelines while working independently with minimal supervision
