Job summary

M&G India, a strategic innovation and digital hub, seeks a skilled Revenue Analyst to manage UK rebates and international trailer fee payments under strict regulatory controls. You will maintain income controls, produce accruals and MTM variance flash reports, and support audits and intercompany reconciliations.

The role requires CA qualification with 1+ year experience, strong planning, analytics, and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly UK Rebates and International Trailer Fee payments, adhering to CASS regulations
• Maintain a register of key controls relating to Income and document process maps
• Produce monthly accruals: revenue and commissions
• Create monthly Flash reports explaining MTM variances
• Review accruals produced by the Income Billing and Control Team
• Review and sign off invoices from the Income Billing and Control Team
• Support external audit processes
• Prepare balance sheet items for area of responsibility including intercompany positions
• Support Revenue Management with additional activities

Primary Key Responsibilities (Top KRAs)

• Responsibility of monthly and quarterly UK Rebates and International Trailer Fee payments, adhering to strict CASS regulations
• Maintain a register of key controls relating to Income, including process maps and associated documentation
• Production of monthly accruals: revenue and commissions
• To produce monthly Flash reports for the business explaining the key drivers behind MTM variances
• Reviewing accruals produced by the Income Billing and Control Team
• Review and sign off on invoices produced by the Income Billing and Control Team
• Support the external audit process for areas of responsibility.
• Production of balance sheet items in area of responsibility including intercompany positions
• Support team leadership with additional activities the Revenue Management team is responsible for.

Additional Responsibilities :

• To take ownership of setting up new Funds within the system and ensuring they are correctly accounted for
• Completing a half yearly IMA review for all funds within your remit
• Answering ad-hoc queries in a timely manner from the business
• To be the first point of contact for Audit within your area of specialism
• Assist the wider Income Team in various projects being worked upon
• Seek to develop and improve processes in response to the needs and challenges of the business
• Proactively build relationships and work effectively with Commercial Finance, Middle Office, Front Office Admin teams and other Finance teams within M&G
