Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field.
• Minimum of 5 years previous related experience Required.
• Knowledge and understanding of Identity and Access Management principles.
• Experience in identifying and implementing improvements in IAM platforms.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate potential identity and access security risks.
• Experience in troubleshooting and implementing secure Active Directory and Entra ID solutions.
• Knowledge of Active Directory authentication features (Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP).
• Working knowledge of IAM services of any public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Resolve issues and incidents by performing complex root cause analysis and developing and implementing solutions in the Identity and Access Management.
• Responsible for operations and maintenance of key cyber security capabilities and services relevant to the Identity and Access Management.

• Build documentation and provide knowledge transfer to other team members.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Designed as a long-term investment, the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation, data, AI, and cloud, and will include roles spanning end user services, application development, and enterprise platform teams. In this role you will contribute to the implementation, operations and maintenance of Identity and Access Management service and related technologies. Ideal candidates possess both broad and deep technical knowledge in Information Security and IAM practice. This is highly collaborative role, and you will work in close collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams.

What you’ll need (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field.

• Certifications in related discipline preferred (e.g., CEH, CISM, CISSP)

• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively elevate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
