Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Analyst - Global Incentive Compensation Operations in India. You will extract and analyze large data, support global incentive compensation close processes, and lead process improvements across compensation audits.

The role requires 7+ years in business or accounting, strong Excel, Xactly ICM, Salesforce knowledge, and project leadership. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment to deliver timely, accurate compensation insights for global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business, accounting or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of the global compensation close process and timelines.
• Advanced Xactly ICM knowledge; SPIFF knowledge a plus.
• Advanced Salesforce knowledge.
• Experience leading projects from development to implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Extracting and analyzing large data to solve Global Incentive Compensation monthly audits.
• Utilize Salesforce on Salesforce systems (Tableau, SOQL, FCM) to drive efficiencies across teams.
• Lead global incentive compensation process alignment and documentation.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing for commission system changes prior to deployment.
