Job Description

This position is mainly responsible for monitoring/administering the daily valuation process, Fund Compliance testing, timely reporting of any compliance exceptions to CCO’s office, the timely filing of Form 13F, TIC-S, Form PF, Form CPO-PQR and other regulatory reporting with the applicable authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the regulatory compliance program by assisting with monitoring activities, periodic reporting, and research on new regulations to ensure adherence with SEC, CFTC, and related requirements.
  • Assist in preparing regulatory and financial reporting obligations (e.g., Form 13F, TIC-S, N-CEN), ensuring accuracy and timely submissions under team guidance.
  • Support corporate action and class action processes by reviewing vendor-prepared claims, monitoring settlements, and coordinating with custodians on reconciliation requests.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance in securities litigation matters, working with internal counsel, external vendors, and portfolio managers on data gathering, documentation, and case assessments.
  • Draft and organize supporting documents such as agreements, questionnaires, and filings under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Contribute to vendor oversight by maintaining enrolment records, tracking performance, reviewing SOC reports, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Collect, validate, and analyse transactional data to support compliance testing, litigation tracking, and management reporting.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports for senior management and stakeholders, summarizing findings from compliance reviews, litigation activities, and vendor oversight.
  • Assist in tracking and documenting updates to internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance processes remain current and effective.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing requested data, documentation, and analysis related to compliance, corporate actions, and litigation processes.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in the area of Mutual Fund Administration
  • Bachelor's degree required; CPA, CMA, CFA a plus

  • Financial industry stakeholder knowledge - a general understanding of the back-office processes employed by: custodians, money managers, advisors, correspondent broker/dealers and program sponsors.
