Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Analyst for Forensics in Bangalore to lead and execute client engagements related to financial fraud investigations, ethics compliance, and regulatory reviews. You will work on asset tracing, money laundering and open-source intelligence, delivering high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations.

The role requires 1–4 years post-qualification experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant, CIA or MBA required.
• 1–4 years post-qualification experience in Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory or Internal Audit.
• Experience with Big4/Tier2 firms and/or large corporate is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute on client engagements, ensuring quality delivery as per engagement letter.
• Ensure compliance with risk management strategies and firm plans.
• Understand business issues and identify areas for improvement in client processes.
• Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to problem solving.

EY is looking for a Consultant in FIDS. The incumbent will executed / lead client

engagemen t s related to financial fraud investigations (for e.g. asset tracing, money
launderi n g, suspected violation of ethics, regulatory investigations & open-source
intelligence), FCPA (Foreign corrupt practices Act) / UKBA (United Kingdom Bribery Act) compliance reviews, fraud risk assessment, dispute resolution support including assistance in matters pertaining to financial issues like business interruption, etc. Strong inter-personal skills, report writing skills and good acumen of client business are essential.

Your key responsibilities

• Execution on client engagement - ensuring quality delivery as per engagement letter.
• Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans and activities of the firm.
• Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement

in the client’s business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.

• Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem solving

t echnique . T he same can be utilized for research on delivery of solutions.

• Review of working papers and client folders. Suggest ideas on improving

engagemen t productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service.

• Manage t he engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing

colla t erals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development.

Experience

• Preferred - Experience with any of the Big 4 firms / Tier 2 firms and / or large Corporate

I nternal Audit teams will be preferred
