Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a finance professional with 2–6 years of experience to handle period-end accounting reports, statements, and management reports. You will collaborate with BU Finance teams to prepare monthly and yearly closings, amortization schedules, and balance sheet analyses.

Role requires readiness for shift timings and onshore review calls to discuss P&L items. Strong knowledge of general ledger and payroll analysis is essential for accurate reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–6 years of experience in finance.
• Process and execute period-end accounting reports for divisional/BU Finance managers.
• Assist and prepare financial statements and management reports per guidelines.
• Work with team on monthly/yearly closing.
• Prepare Amortization & Prepayment Schedules.
• Perform Balance Sheet reviews, variance and payroll analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review general ledger information for accuracy and completeness; perform GL reconciliations.
• Provide commentary on balance sheet and P&L items during onshore review calls.
• Post journals and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts, including payroll.
• Submit inputs for weekly, bi-monthly and month-end reports.
• Forecasting revenue and costs with Business Leads.

Detailed Job Description

• Candidate should have minimum 2-6 years ofexperience into finance domain.
• Process and execute the period-end accountingreports to support divisional / BU Finance managers.
• Assist and prepare various financial statementsand management reports according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Work closely with the team in preparation ofmonthly/yearly closing.
• Preparation of Amortization & PrepaymentSchedules.

• Participate in onshore review calls and providecommentaries on balance sheet & P&L items.
• Calculation of Work in Progress & DeferredIncome, post journals, reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts, payroll
• Review and analyze information from the generalledger and other accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness,undertake GL reconciliations, and take corrective action, as appropriate Workwith BU Accountant/ Finance Controller/Finance Manager to prepare and submitinputs for weekly, bi-monthly & month end reports.
• Reviews with Business Leads for Forecastingrevenue and costs.
