Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/CS/IS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• 3+ years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation.
• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and Salesforce.com (SFDC).
• Advanced Excel including complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and AI tools preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English desirable.

Responsibilities

• Automate/standardise/deliver commercial dashboards/reporting, analytics and strategic insights to drive business outcomes.
• Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to support decisions.
• Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate evaluation, scope and cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests.
• Identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement with stakeholders.
• Perform data manipulation tasks and establish proper data ownership for accounts/contacts.
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance initiatives.
• Drive best-practice for adoption, usage, data maintenance and integrity.
• Handle other incidental duties as needed.

How you will make an impact:

• Automate/standardise/deliver commercial dashboards/reporting, analytics and strategic insight needs to deliver business outcomes
• Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to make business decisions
• Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, execution cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
• Identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement in collaboration with stakeholders
• Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance Initiatives
• Drive best-practice for adoption, usage, data maintenance & integrity
• Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• 3 + years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation
• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce.com (SFDC)
• Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation

• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with consumer AI solutions (Copilot, Claude code etc.)
• Ability to understand and analyse industry trends
