Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a Cyber Service Governance professional to bridge internal clients and Cyber Security teams, while supporting the Service Catalogue, reporting and transition processes.

You will analyse workflows, ensure accurate metrics in reports and dashboards, and contribute to ongoing governance reviews in a dynamic financial services tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in control frameworks such as NIST, COBIT and ISO27001.
• Desirable cyber security qualification.
• Degree or master’s in cyber security, information security or IT management (desirable).
• Familiar with risk frameworks to assess and mitigate risks.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations and visualize complex concepts.
• Up-to-date with cyber security trends in technology and financial services.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Objective analysis of poorly defined problems.
• Understanding of financial institutions and business processes.
• Partnership and influence.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder communication liaison between internal clients, LSEG Technical teams and Cyber Security Service teams.

ROLE

• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a liaison between different stakeholders, including internal clients, LSEG Technical teams and Cyber Security Service teams
• Assisting leadership in developing, preparing and supporting the Cyber Service Catalogue, Service Reporting and Service Transition processes
• Process Improvement: Analysing existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Performing quality reviews of service reports and dashboards, ensuring the correct metrics are captured, validated and presented in line with the Service
• Facilitate and support the regular reviews of other standards and documents owned by the Cyber Strategy and Service Governance team

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in control frameworks based on industry best practices, including NIST, COBIT, and ISO27001
• Possession of a recognized Cyber Security qualification is desirable
• A degree or master’s qualification in Cyber Security, Information Security, or IT Management is desirable
• Familiarity with risk frameworks to assess and mitigate risks effectively
• Proficiency in management and operational reporting
• Ability to build compelling PowerPoint presentations and visualize sophisticated concepts effectively
• Desire and ability to remain updated with the latest Cyber Security trends and events, especially within Technology and financial services industry
