Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Experience in technology sector with exposure to manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI).

Job Overview

We are looking to hire a Senior Strategy Analyst to join strategy team of one of its business units. The strategy team drives the development and deployement of strategies that will result in above-market organic and inorganic profitable growth. The Senior Analyst will be a key member of the team and work directly with stakeholders across different functions within the business unit on strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Growth strategy & execution: Work on strategic planning & execution, growth strategy (organic & inorganic) topics, including developing analytical models, business cases and translating business requests into well-defined problems.
• Industry monitoring: Stay abreast of industry developments and provide real time insights on potential impacts to the business.
• Market analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics across multiple product lines and markets.
• Market modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated market models to forecast trends, assess market potential, and guide strategic decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within and across BU on routine and ad-hoc deliverables.
• Reporting and Presentation: Prepare high quality reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and strategic recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree required, in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred, MBA or another advanced degree.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
• Experience in technology sector with exposure to manufacturing is a strong plus
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in cross-geography and cross-time zone team setting is a plus
