Introduction to role:

Are you ready to turn complex healthcare data into decisions that accelerate impact for patients and brands? In this hands-on role based in Chennai or Bangalore, you will partner directly with oncology brand leaders to build strategy and execution across Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Market Access, and Forecasting. You will use advanced analytics to focus our resources, sharpen go-to-market choices, and improve patient and HCP outcomes.

As a proactive internal consultant, you will build rigorous analytics that impact growth opportunities and audience segmentation. You will also support outreach, identify HCP and patient opportunities, measure return on investment, simulate markets, and analyze patient journeys. How would you build test-and-learn experiments that drive confident decisions and measurable commercial results?

Accountabilities:

Strategic Brand Partnership: Serve as a trusted analytics partner to assigned Brand teams, translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches aligned to commercial objectives and patient impact.

Commercial Analytics and Insight Generation: Deliver opportunity assessments, segmentation and targeting, healthcare provider and patient analytics, marketing mix and return on investment analysis, market simulation, and patient flow modeling that inform strategic and tactical decisions.

Advanced Analytics and Data Science: Build production-ready analytics in Python and SQL (and PySpark where relevant). Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, time series, regression and econometrics, Bayesian methods, and appropriate machine learning to solve high-value problems.

Engage with large, longitudinal healthcare datasets. These cover insurance records, electronic medical and health records, prescriptions, and patient-level sources (e.g., IQVIA). Ensure the assumptions are strong and outputs reproducible.

Data Platforms and Automation: Leverage Databricks and modern data environments to create scalable, reusable analytical assets. Champion guidelines in coding, version control, documentation, and efficiency, including AI-assisted development and automation.

Collaboration and Influence: Work with cross-functional team members across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Sales, Forecasting, and US Sales Force Operations. Manage multiple priorities and deliver clear recommendations through concise storytelling and business framing.

Executive Communication and Knowledge Sharing: Synthesize complex analyses into compelling insights for senior leadership via decks, dashboards, and executive updates. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and analytical excellence.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Education:
