Job summary

Oxane Partners Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate for the Platform Solutions Group in Gurgaon. You will lead on leverage facility management projects, coordinating with top investment banks and private equity clients, blending finance and technology to deliver structured credit solutions.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes through end-to-end project management and analytics-driven insights.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent with Finance/IT specialization; BE/BTech mandatory.
• PM certifications (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong grasp of financial concepts and quantitative analytics.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support investment transactions across loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, and specialty financing.
• Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality investment transactions.
• Guide the implementation team through product rollout and post-implementation to ensure smooth integration and client satisfaction.
• Address client needs with ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting to improve outcomes.
• Liaise between client and development team as a Business Analyst for Platform features, changes and issues.
• Support asset management reporting, due diligence, post-deal analysis, and business planning with expert insights.
• Identify and address conflicts among team and stakeholders using mediation and negotiation to maintain project alignment.
• Mentor team members to maintain high performance, quality, and development; be the primary contact for teammates.

Job Description

This role will be a part ofour growing Platform Solutions team. The primary responsibility would involveworking on Oxane’s proprietary, tech- enabled platforms across bespoke deals instructured finance space. The incumbent will be expected to take lead on clientprojects assigned to her/him, manage team’s and project’s deliverables, workingdirectly with top investment banks, hedge funds and private equity firms. Thisrole is at the intersection of finance & technology (FinTech) and providesa steep learning curve in the evolving landscape of structured credit. Thecandidate will be exposed to various asset classes and will be required tounderstand the deal structure, laying out the complexities.

• Provide guidanceand support in various aspects of investment transactions includingperforming/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, andspecialty financing.
• Takeaccountability for the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timelyand high-quality execution of investment transactions, and perform end-to-endproject management.
• Provide directionand oversight to the implementation team throughout the product implementationand post-implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and clientsatisfaction.
• Addressclient-specific needs by conducting ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring,surveillance, and reporting, leveraging insights to enhance client outcomes.
• Serve as theprimary liaison between the client and the development team, acting as aBusiness Analyst for Platform features, client changes, and issues, fosteringeffective communication and resolution of concerns.
• Act as anextended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence,post-deal analysis, and business planning, utilizing expertise and experienceto drive value-added solutions and insights.
• Proactivelyidentify and address potential conflicts or issues within the team or betweenmultiple stakeholders, utilizing effective conflict resolution strategies suchas mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building to ensure alignment andcohesion towards project objectives.
• Mentorand guide team members to ensure high levels of performance, quality, anddevelopment. Serve as the primary point of contact for teammates.

Requirements

• MBA, PGDM, or equivalent PG with specialization in Finance/IT orrelated fields; B.E./B. Tech is mandatory.
• PMP Certified or any project management certifications
• Proficient understanding of financial concepts with advancedskills in Excel, Macros & SQL (must have – intermediate to advanced level).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a logical thought process toeffectively analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven track record of Project management and people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative andthrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability under pressure.
• Deepinterest and appreciation for technology with relevant work experience. Priorexperience in development/IT roles would be a significant advantage.
