Responsibilities

• Onboard client portfolios onto Oxane’s platform.
• Assist clients with investment transactions across Structured Finance, Whole Loan, ABS, CRE.
• Coordinate with clients on timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze data tape, legal documents, and reports; monitor cash flows.
• Monthly data management and reporting.
• Calculate and monitor financial covenants and key metrics.
• Review platform reports for accuracy and present analytics to clients.

Job Description

This role will be apart of our growing Portfolio Management team, the primary responsibility wouldinvolve working closely with clients in understanding their requirement forinvestment deals in structured finance space. The individual would assist inmanaging the project and coordinating with IT implementation team to onboard/setupthe transaction on our proprietary platform and ongoing monitoring. Theindividual would be involved in researching across various financial and legalagreements and in monitoring and reporting key metrics of various investments.

• Onboardingthe client’s investment portfolio on Oxane’s proprietary platform
• Workclosely with the clients in supporting them for investment transactions across StructuredFinance/Whole Loan/ABS/CRE, etc.
• Coordinatingwith client on timelines and business deliverables
• Analyzeand comprehend inputs from documents such as data tape/legal documents/reportsand monitoring cashflow
• Monthlydata management and reporting
• Calculatingand monitoring financial covenants and key metrics
• Reviewof the reports on the platform and need to ensure that the logics are accurate.
• Presentingthe analytics to clients to match their expectations

Requirements

• Broad understanding of the StructuredFinance product/ corporate credit landscape/ABS
• Good understanding of financial conceptsand basic understanding of excel.
• Ability to work independently andcollaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills - written,verbal and interpersonal.
