Job summary

Cerberus Capital Management LP in Mumbai is seeking a Fund Accounting – Senior Analyst / Associate to take end-to-end ownership of fund groups, bringing strong US GAAP expertise to complex private fund structures.

You will prepare and review NAV, capital calls, distributions, and journal entries, oversee fee calculations and waterfalls, and coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and global teams using Power BI, Anaplan and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance is required.
• 4–8 years of fund accounting or fund administration experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and fund structures.
• Hands-on NAV oversight with full ownership of fund groups.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Role Overview
