Job summary

Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in India is seeking an experienced professional to manage equity settlements. You will handle Fails management, Prematching, Treasury Management and Depot/Nostro reconciliation across mature markets, ensuring SLAs are met.

You will monitor KPIs, update procedures, and drive process improvements while learning multiple markets and maintaining strict market deadlines. This role offers growth in a global financial services environment.

Qualifications

• The incumbent must be able to perform equity settlements (Fails management, Prematching, Treasury Management & Depot/Nostro reconciliation) for most of the mature and complex markets in timely manner to ensure all the SLAs are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-Matching and Fails Management by adhering to the market and settlement deadlines of specific markets.
• Investigate, perform root cause analysis, and fix to match Depot and Nostro breaks.
• Understand and meet operational KPIs and SLAs of the scope of functions and services to the client.
• Keep abreast of the new changes in the market’s rules.
• Ensure up to date standard operating procedures.
