The Sr. Analyst of Master Data Management (MDM) is responsible for execution of Mastercard’s MDM strategy across the enterprise. This role is instrumental in shaping and implementing the strategic vision for MDM initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise data governance goals. In close partnership with business and technology stakeholders, the Sr. Analyst will operationalize MDM and governance practices to uphold the consistency, accuracy, and integrity of mastered data assets. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across Franchise, Product, Corporate, Mastercard Technology, and global business units to drive and sustain the data management strategy. As a subject matter expert in master and reference data management, this individual will represent the Office of the Chief Data Officer (CDO) in executing MDM best practices to promote enterprise-wide data excellence.
