Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in business/systems analysis in financial services.
• Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and production support.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business and system requirements to ensure functional and technical objectives are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and support new product/service implementations.
• Provide SME support for issue investigations and escalations.
• Create conceptual designs, process flows, and wireframes as needed.
• Work with development and QA teams through the software lifecycle.
• Assess impact of changes on existing systems and integrations.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and outcomes.
• Lead requirements workshops and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Review designs for alignment with objectives and standards.
• Develop and support test plans, scenarios, and UAT activities.
• Coordinate defect tracking, triage, and resolutions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance through documentation.

Title and Summary

Senior Systems Analyst Provide technical expertise and analytical support throughout the lifecycle of products, applications, and technology initiatives. Partner closely with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and testing teams to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into scalable, high-quality solutions. Contribute across various phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development support, testing, implementation, and production support. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of business processes and technology systems, and the capability to evaluate complex requirements, identify impacts across applications, and drive effective solutions.

Major Accountabilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze business and system requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet functional and technical objectives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and support the implementation of new products, services, and enhancements.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support for issue investigation and escalation activities.
• Develop conceptual solution designs, process flows, wireframes, and other analysis artifacts as required.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify, prioritize, and recommend system and process improvements across applications and platforms.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing systems, processes, and integrations.
• Perform detailed requirements analysis and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Review solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Develop, review, and support execution of test plans, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Coordinate defect tracking, triage, and resolution activities.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support audit, compliance, security, and regulatory requirements through appropriate documentation and controls.
• Create and maintain business, functional, technical, and process documentation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when required.

• Collaborating with business and technology teams to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and platform effectiveness.
• Acting as a liaison between business and technical teams for data analysis, reporting, compliance, operational support, and process improvement activities.
• Supporting data quality initiatives, reporting requirements, and business intelligence efforts.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Knowledge & Experience

• 7-9 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology delivery, or a related discipline in Financial services domain
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into practical solution recommendations.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, testing processes, and change management practices.
• Hans on experience with Agile
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a technology-driven environment.
