Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Analyst Accounts Payable to join our finance team in India. You will open vendor invoices, verify details, process payments, and handle vendor and internal inquiries. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and strong communication within a fast-moving AI-enabled organization.

You will contribute to core AP activities, perform account reconciliations, and resolve open items while maintaining robust internal controls and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, finance, statistics or MBA/risk management.
• Experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts payable accounts and verify vendor invoices.
• Process and pay invoices in a timely manner.
• Handle email queries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve open items.

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst Accounts Payable! In this role we are looking for someone who will open accounts in AP where vendor Invoices will be checked Processed and Paid. Responsibilities: - The opening is in the Accounts payable team where vendor Invoices will have to be checked processed & paid. - Non-Voice profile for Accounts Payable core accounting - Handling email queries from vendors & internal stakeholders - Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal stakeholders by writing mails or taking calls with them - Preparing the account reconciliations / resolving the open items coming in account reconciliations - Have reasonable accounting knowledge
