Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate - F&A - AP to join the Accounts Payable team in a hybrid role. You will check, process, and pay vendor invoices, respond to vendor and internal inquiries, and prepare reconciliations to resolve open items.

The role requires foundational accounting knowledge and communication skills in English. Ideal candidates hold finance-related bachelor's degrees or higher and have exposure to AP processes, data literacy, and SAP/Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance preferred.
• Accounts Payable experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• The opening is in Accounts payable team where vendor Invoices will have to be checked, processed & paid.
• Handling email queries from vendors & internal stakeholders.
• Preparing the account reconciliations / resolving the open items coming in account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

The opening is in Accounts payable team where vendor Invoices will have to be checked, processed & paid. Non-Voice profile for Accounts Payable core accounting. Handling email queries from vendors & internal stakeholders. Getting the clarifications resolved from vendors & internal stakeholders by writing mails or taking calls with them. Preparing the account reconciliations / resolving the open items coming in account reconciliations.
