Responsibilities

• Manually add, amend, and remove access rights across multiple applications.
• Create, review, and maintain documentation and procedures for IDAM services.
• Liaise with internal and external support teams as required.
• Provide SME advice and guidance for IDAM projects.
• Monitor access alerts and investigate anomalies.
• Deliver metrics and MI on a regular cadence.
• Support post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
