Job Requirements

Must Have:

• Minimum 3 -5 years of relevant experience in analytics
• Strong SQL (Expert) and Python (Intermediate) skills
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, Datorama)
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques (Regression, Time-Series, Clustering)
• Experience in building and deploying ML models for business use cases
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to lead projects independently and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with R or SAS
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with AI / Deep Learning techniques
• Experience in campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and media attribution
• Knowledge of agile workflows, JIRA, and Git
