Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Procurement Analyst/Senior Procurement Analyst to join its procurement team. The role involves strategic sourcing analytics, spend forecasting, and end-to-end procurement process support across cross-functional projects.

Candidates should have 3–10+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and exposure to Procure-to-Pay platforms such as Ariba or Coupa. Experience with SAP and other procurement tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Expert level skills with financial assessments, data assessments, MS Excel (including pivot tables), creating charts and graphs, and creating MS PowerPoint presentations
• At least one year of Procure-To-Pay platform experience (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing Analytics & Support: work with cross-functional teams on spend analysis, forecasting, and consolidation; present findings to client stakeholders using data analytics and Excel.
• Reporting & Procurement Operations Administration: manage budgets, spend, savings vs. actuals, dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and lifecycle management.
• Procurement process execution: manage PREQ to PO, Change Order processing, ad-hoc PO administration; respond to transactional inquiries from internal customers.
• Develop category strategies with benchmarking to drive data-driven decisions for client objectives.

What can you expect to do?

Strategic Sourcing Analytics & Support

• In this role, you will gain exposure & experience in working with cross-functional teams on various projects, ranging from spend analysis, forecasting, & consolidation.
• Conduct quantitative & qualitative assessments to develop TCO & Should Cost models and present your findings to key client stakeholders by leveraging presentation, data analytics, advanced Excel competencies
• Facilitate execution of end-to-end Sourcing process from requirements gathering, demand forecasting, budget baselining, value engineering, RFx development, Go - to Market strategy development, and supplier negotiation.
• Support development of category strategies including spend, supplier & industry best practices benchmarking to drive data-driven decision making for client objectives.

Reporting & Procurement Operations Administration

• In this role, you will be expected to support project budget, historical spend, savings projected vs. actuals, and value delivery tracking.
• Report and update contract, change orders, supplier performance (dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, etc.), supplier risk (financial, ethics, regulatory, etc.), and life cycle management.
• Manages day-to-day procurement processes: Purchase Requisition (PREQ) to Purchase Order (PO) conversion, Change Order (CO) processing, and ad-hoc PO administration.
• Supports execution of the ad-hoc sourcing requests to provide excellent and timely customer service to all internal customers inquiring about transactional requirements, statuses, and/or general processes.
• Participate in client report-outs, process improvement & data optimization exercises.
• This person will take direction from stakeholders at different levels, produce quality work with minimal detailed oversight, and report status to team leads.

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

• Previous experience in Supply Chain / Procurement
• 3-10+ years previous supply chain, procurement, or consulting experience with a Fortune 1,000 company
• Expert level skills with financial assessments, data assessments, MS Excel (including pivot tables), creating charts and graphs, and creating MS PowerPoint presentations
• At least one year of Procure-To-Pay platform experience (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is highly preferred
• Ability to work creatively and quantitatively in a problem-solving environment

• Supply chain and procurement assessments: interviewing, modeling and analytics, report writing
• Strategic Sourcing Initiatives: scoping, market and supplier research, RFx (development, management, and evaluation), negotiations
• Internal: benchmarking, client research, proposal development, and other internal projects
• Developing technical efficiency with spend assessments and visibility tools to scope opportunity assessments, e.g., create spend assessments, establish baseline spend, and calculate realized savings from sourcing events
• Hands on experience on procurement tools like SAP, Ariba, Coupa etc.
• Sourcing experience in one of the categories such as , IT, Professional Services, CAPEX, MRO, Marketing, Facilities Mgmt., Utilities, Logistics, Office Supplies etc.
