Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage small strategic customer agreements and deals within the Deal Management team in Europe. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and customers, ensuring deals are developed, executed, and optimized for success.

As part of Deal Management team, Europe you will play a critical role in managing small strategic customer agreements and deals. Your work will support corporate strategy execution and drive profitable growth with issuers, acquirers, and merchants. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and customers, ensuring high-priority deals are developed, executed, and optimized for success.
Degree in Finance / CA. Strong experience in financial analysis, business development, and customer-facing roles. Deep understanding of card and financial services industry dynamics.
Strategic thinker with executive presence; able to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels. Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and proactive. High analytical capability, attention to detail, and ability to summarize complex information. Tenacious, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to multicultural environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver against deadlines. Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency.
Demonstrated credibility with both customers and internal executives. Ability to balance risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. Curious and eager to understand market dynamics, customer strategies, and business challenges. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable working independently as well as in teams.
