To perform a variety of tasks within the IIG North America team in an accurate and timely manner, working closely with shared service within Business services and C&IS. To continually aim to improve the service offered to internal stakeholders and external clients.To take on appropriate tasks from the Team Leader and escalate issues as appropriate in a timely manner.**Key Responsibilities / Duties*** Understanding of the Client Service delivery and its importance to internal and external clients* Responsible for delivery of all client tasks (Account opening/Closing procedures, Auto-sweep, IM Fee Reconciliation, Bespoke activities, Client Reporting, Handling Client Request/Inquiries, Overdraft Monitoring, Market Price updates, FX, Trade, Processing Standing Instructions, etc.) accurately and within specified timeframes* Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems* Respond to external queries received in relation to client reports and general queries received from clients, CSMs/AMs, consultants, auditors & other third parties* To work closely with the relevant contacts within Asset owners America clients to provide the best possible service, responding to queries and escalating as appropriate.* Assist with testing of ongoing projects as required* Perform quality checks to ensure excellence and proactively communicate procedure updates to the team* Be aware of all service level agreements and KPIs in place* Foster and develop long-term relationships with internal groups and suppliers* Continuously meet and exceed the expectations and requirements of all clients* Work within a team with a strong willingness to assist others when required, building effective relationships with members of other teams* Be able to play the role of SME and train the new hires of the team* Perform Root Cause Analysis of Errors and suggest controls**Core Skills / Competencies Required*** Extensive experience in a client reporting/servicing role* Must have a strong understanding of Operations processes* Familiarity with a wide range of Investment instruments and with asset servicing terminology* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and at all levels internally* Numerically competent with strong problem solving and analytical skills* Ability to work flexibly when dealing with varying client requirements* Ability to work within a team environment* Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a busy workload* Highly flexible to work in shifts* Strong knowledge of financial / capital markets demonstrated through good understanding of concepts, theoretical knowledge and accounting / product knowledge* Demonstrate through examples / evidence excellent written and verbal language skills, collaboration, analytical acumen, “raising your hand”, sense of urgency, escalation channels/process and attention to detail**Eligibility*** Demonstrated client servicing capabilities at all levels are required for success in this position.
