Responsibilities

• Design and analyze analog circuits with a strong focus on device‑level behavior and performance optimization.
• Work with MOS and BJT devices, understanding their operation across different regions and conditions.

• Debug and troubleshoot circuit‑level issues by analyzing simulation results and identifying root causes.
• Collaborate with team members to refine designs and improve circuit robustness.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with 3+ years of experience, or M.Tech from a reputed Tier‑1 institute.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking ability.
• Solid understanding of MOS and BJT device operation and characteristics.
• Hands‑on experience with custom circuit design EDA tools (such as Cadence, Spectre, or similar).
• Interest in pursuing a career in analog circuit design and continuously improving in the domain.

• Experience working on advanced technology nodes.
• Prior exposure to custom analog or mixed‑signal circuit design projects.
• Familiarity with simulation and layout considerations in modern semiconductor processes.
