Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a VP – Alteryx Delivery Lead in Chennai to establish and govern Alteryx workflows and EUC controls across multi-workstream delivery teams. You will partner with onshore stakeholders and drive governance, risk mitigation and documentation as part of a robust analytics program.

The role requires hands-on Alteryx experience (Designer/Server), strong SQL and data analysis skills, and excellent communication to manage cross-functional stakeholders across Banking/Financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data or analytics related field.
• Hands-on experience building Alteryx workflows with Designer; Server a plus.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services or regulatory analytics.
• Understanding of EUC risk and governance controls.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Delivery in onshore environment with governance and documentation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and raise risks promptly.
• Ability to support APAC time zones (Singapore).

Role Overview:

Delivery Lead responsible for establishing Alteryx governance and End-User Computing (EUC) control standards across workstreams and managing stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Data, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in building and optimizing Alteryx workflows using Alteryx Designer. Alteryx Server experience is an advantage.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Regulatory Data and Analytics environments.
• Understanding of Version Control and EUC Risk, including mitigation through workflow design, documentation, and controls.
• Strong SQL and Data Analysis skills.
• Ability to deliver against requirements defined by onshore delivery teams.
• Experience working in controlled environments with Governance, Audit, and Documentation requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and raise risks promptly.
• Ability to support Singapore time zone and APAC stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Alteryx Certification (Core / Advanced).
• Python / R, Statistical Analysis, or Predictive Modelling.
• Power BI / Tableau.
