Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking an Alteryx Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain workflows and automated reports in Pune. The role requires strong analytics, data cleansing, and effective communication with business and tech stakeholders.

You will optimize ETL processes, perform root-cause analysis for data quality and performance, and help migrate and decommission obsolete reports while adhering to governance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer for workflow development, automation, and optimization.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, stored procedures, query optimization, and data validation techniques.
• Experience in python or any programming language.
• Experience with ETL processes, data integration, data cleansing, and transformation methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and deliver client-ready solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Alteryx workflows and automated reporting solutions.
• Analyze existing reporting landscape and identify opportunities for workflow simplification, consolidation, and automation.
• Support migration, modernization, and decommissioning of obsolete Alteryx reports and workflows.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve data quality, workflow, and performance issues.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation practices, and governance requirements.
• Experience in workflow scheduling, monitoring, and performance tuning is preferred.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors/masters degree in engineering, computer applications, economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, , operations research or related analytics areas
• 3-8 years’ experience in Alteryx Development and Decommissioning, preferably in Life Insurance but not mandatory
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challengesRole & responsibilities
