Job summary
Ellucian, Bengaluru, seeks a technically strong platform specialist to operate and evolve our AI capabilities. This role combines platform administration, problem solving, user enablement, and operational execution to drive AI adoption across the organization.
You’ll work with IT, Security, Legal, and business teams to administer AI platforms, improve processes, and evaluate new capabilities. Independence and structured thinking are essential in a fast-changing environment.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Advanced administration experience with at least one platform at scale (e.g., Microsoft 365, OpenAI Enterprise).
- Strong understanding of identity, access management, integrations, and data flows.
- Excellent written communication for exec audiences.
- Experience evaluating options, licensing, utilization and costs.
Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise AI platforms, including user access, licensing, configuration, feature enablement, and operational support.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, and business teams to enable AI adoption.
- Research and evaluate new AI technologies and platform capabilities, providing recommendations.
- Create high-quality documentation, knowledge articles, enablement materials and presentations.

We're looking for a technically strong platform specialist to help operate and evolve our enterprise AI capabilities. This role combines enterprise platform administration, technical problem-solving, user enablement, and operational execution to help drive successful adoption of AI across the organization.
You’ll work across technical and business teams to administer AI platforms, improve processes, support adoption, evaluate new capabilities, and help turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys learning new technologies, creating structure in ambiguous situations, and independently driving work from concept to completion.
- Administer enterprise AI platforms, including user access, licensing, configuration, feature enablement, and operational support.
- Partner with IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, and business teams to support the successful rollout and adoption of AI capabilities.
- Research and evaluate new AI technologies, platform capabilities, and enterprise use cases, providing recommendations and tradeoffs.
- Create high-quality documentation, knowledge articles, enablement materials, presentations, and communications for technical and business audiences.
- Support platform integrations, automation opportunities, and operational improvements across the AI ecosystem.
- Analyze platform utilization, licensing, and costs to help optimize enterprise investments.
- Develop reusable processes, templates, and guidance that improve consistency and scalability.
- Independently drive initiatives from concept through execution, bringing recommendations and first drafts rather than waiting for direction.
- Help create structure, documentation, and operational processes in a rapidly evolving environment.
- 5-10 years of experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms or business-critical technology solutions.
- Advanced administration experience with at least one enterprise platform used at scale, such as Microsoft 365, OpenAI Enterprise ChatGPT, Atlassian Cloud, Salesforce, Okta, or similar.
- Strong understanding of enterprise identity, access management, integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience working within enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create executive‑ready presentations, polished documentation, knowledge articles, and end‑user enablement content.
- Experience evaluating technology options, licensing, utilization, and costs to support business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to create structure, solve problems independently, and move work forward with minimal guidance.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment where priorities evolve and playbooks are still being developed.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously learn new technologies.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, or Claude Enterprise.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI adoption or enablement initiatives.
- Experience configuring or working with AI agents and agentic workflows.
