IAI Solution Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, India seeks a Senior AI/ML Researcher to lead large-scale model research, guide a team, publish findings, and translate theory into scalable AI solutions. Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related fields (IIT or top-tier research institute preferred). Candidates with Ph.D. require no additional experience.
• M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, AI, or related fields from a top research institute with 34 years dedicated research experience post-M.Tech.
• Proven track record of research in LLMs or related AI domains, demonstrated by at least: 1 journal publication (preferred) and 4 high-quality conference papers.
• Strong expertise in PyTorch and other deep learning frameworks.
• Solid proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and related predictive machine learning fields.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a research team comprising of senior members and interns.
• Publish research findings in reputed journals (preferred) or present at leading conferences.
