Job summary

Confidential in Chennai seeks a Senior AI/ML Lead / Architect to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. You will translate business requirements into production-ready AI systems leveraging ML, DL, Generative AI, and MLOps.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience building end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and ensuring responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience in software engineering, data science, GenAI, or AI/ML roles.
• Strong programming in Python with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, SciPy.
• Hands-on with ML algorithms, DL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or AI application domains.
• Proficiency in Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings.
• Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, model serving.
• MLOps tools: CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, automated deployment.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration skills.

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Lead to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, Generative AI, model deployment, and MLOps, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.
• Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, generate insights, and solve complex business problems.
• Implement model monitoring, performance tuning, versioning, and retraining strategies.
• Deploy AI/ML models using cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
