Job summary

Quanteon Solutions is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise applications. You will drive architecture, mentor teams, and deliver scalable AI solutions integrated into web and enterprise platforms.

You will work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude APIs, focusing on embeddings, RAG, AI Agents, and secure software practices. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI development.
• Strong experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents.
• Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude.
• Understanding embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and AI application architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered enterprise applications using modern AI frameworks and APIs.
• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions.
• Build intelligent applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and vector databases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders to convert business problems into AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams through technical leadership, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Drive AI adoption across products by identifying automation and intelligence opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable software.
• Participate throughout the complete software development lifecycle including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
