Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in India is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design and develop capabilities for Ericsson products, including intelligent automation, analytics and GenAI-powered solutions. You will drive innovation from concept to deployment, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with product management, architects and engineering teams to realize AI-driven opportunities.

Strong Python experience and cloud-native know-how are essential; familiarity with Kubernetes and modern AI

Qualifications

• Experience 7 to 10 years in software/AI development.
• Strong software engineering experience, preferably Python and cloud-native environments.
• Solid understanding of ML, Generative AI and data-driven systems.
• Experience building scalable applications, APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and technical leadership skills.

You will do:

You will bring:
