We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist with 7-10 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement AI strategies that deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications
• Lead end-to-end AI solution development, from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to define AI-driven solutions
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in areas such as NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics
• Build scalable data pipelines and ensure model performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Conduct model validation, testing, and performance tuning
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recommend adoption where relevant
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance standards are followed

Mandatory skill sets

• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques
• Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI services
