Job summary

Akshee Digital Solutions in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Senior AI Engineer (LLMs & Agents) to design and build production AI applications, including RAG systems, for our products and clients. You will own features end to end—from framing use cases to shipping, monitoring and improvements in production.

The role requires 4+ years of software engineering, strong Python or TypeScript, API and data-modelling skills, and hands-on experience with LLMs in production.

About the role

You will design, build and run generative AI systems that real people rely on — in our own product, meraPA, and for our clients. You will own features end to end: from framing the use case and building the evaluation set, to shipping, monitoring and improving in production.

• Build LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-step agents
• Design evaluation sets and automated scoring, and use them to guide every change
• Engineer guardrails, tracing, and cost and latency controls for production
• Work directly with product, design and client teams to shape what gets built
• Help define our AI-native engineering practices and tools

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of software engineering, including hands-on work with LLMs in production
• Strong Python or TypeScript, and solid API and data-modelling skills
• Experience with RAG, embeddings and vector search
• A habit of measuring quality rather than assuming it
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical people
