Job summary

InfoCepts is hiring a Senior AI / LLM Development Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI solutions, LLM-based applications, and intelligent retrieval systems that deliver measurable business impact.

You will translate ML/LLM prototypes into scalable, high-performance systems, lead code reviews, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with data scientists and DevOps to deploy on cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong Python proficiency and software engineering discipline.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI/LLM solutions and scalable systems.
• Exposure to MLOps, vector databases, and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Build production-grade AI applications using Python, APIs, and LLM workflows.
• LLM Solutions: Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search, and prompt engineering.
• Model Deployment: Convert prototype models into scalable inference systems.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists and DevOps for deployment on cloud platforms.
• Quality: Implement automated testing and CI/CD practices for AI systems.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and ensure reliability.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI / LLM Development Engineer to join our AI team. In this role, you will design and implement production-grade AI solutions, LLM-based applications, and intelligent retrieval systems that deliver measurable business impact. You will be responsible for translating ML/LLM models and prototypes into scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems, while ensuring code quality, engineering standards, and deployment best practices. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Python, AI engineering, MLOps, vector databases, and cloud-based deployments. As a senior member with 7+ years of experience, you will also provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers.
