Job summary

InfoCepts in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior AI / LLM Development Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI solutions, LLM-based applications, and intelligent retrieval systems that deliver measurable business impact.

You will translate prototypes into scalable, reliable, high-performance systems, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical leadership across Python, AI engineering, MLOps, and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI / LLM Development Engineer to join our AI team. In this role, you will design and implement production-grade AI solutions, LLM-based applications, and intelligent retrieval systems that deliver measurable business impact. You will be responsible for translating ML/LLM models and prototypes into scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems, while ensuring code quality, engineering standards, and deployment best practices. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Python, AI engineering, MLOps, vector databases, and cloud-based deployments. As a senior member with 7+ years of experience, you will also provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers.
