Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) is seeking a Senior AI Developer to deliver production-ready AI applications using Python, FastAPI, and GenAI technologies in a hybrid Chennai setting.

You will work on intelligent applications, enterprise integrations, and secure AI solutions that deliver real business value, with hands-on experience in LangChain, embeddings, vector databases and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in AI development.
• Hands-on with GenAI, LLMs and production-ready AI applications.

Were looking for a hands-on Senior AI Developer to build scalable, production-ready AI applications using Python, Generative AI, LLMs and AI agents. Youll work on intelligent applications, enterprise integrations and secure AI solutions that deliver real business value.

Role & responsibilities

• Strong Python development with FastAPI and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph, embeddings and vector databases
• Building AI agents, chatbots and document-processing solutions
• SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Docker and CI/CD
• Experience deploying and monitoring AI applications in cloud or on-prem environments
• Understanding of LLMOps, security, performance and cost optimisation

Preferred candidate profile

• AWS, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Kubernetes, model fine-tuning and AI observability tools.
