We are looking for a Senior AI Backend Engineer to design and build scalable AI-powered backend systems, conversational intelligence services, and enterprise automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, LLM integrations, RAG architectures, vector search, semantic retrieval, and AWS cloud-native services. This role involves building AI microservices, conversational APIs, semantic search systems, analytics pipelines, and secure AI integrations using modern cloud and backend technologies. The candidate should be comfortable working on enterprise-grade AI platforms, scalable APIs, async processing, data analytics, and secure third-party integrations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in backend engineering.
• 2–3+ years of experience working on AI, ML, GenAI, or LLM-driven systems.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and system design skills.
• Experience developing and implementing AI/automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, or similar.
• Good understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
