Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. seeks a Senior AI Architect to define high‑level Conversational AI architectures across multiple India locations. You will shape interactions among intents, workflows, tools, APIs, and backend systems, guiding LangGraph/LangChain adoption and establishing tool integration patterns with MCP or contracts.

Emphasis on LLM observability, latency, cost, and security. You will collaborate with product, engineering, SRE, QA, and security teams to ensure scalable, privacy-conscious

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML, Conversational AI, or LLM-based products.
• Hands-on or strong understanding of agentic AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, etc.).
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts: intent routing, state, tool calling, fallback, orchestration.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry.
• Understanding of backend APIs, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of LLM observability, monitoring, and logging for AI systems.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The candidate should have experience or strong understanding of LLM-based applications, agent orchestration, LangGraph or similar frameworks, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, MCP or tool-based integration patterns, and LLM observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-level architecture for Conversational AI experiences.
• Define how user intents, workflows, tools, APIs, and backend systems interact.
• Guide the use of LangGraph or similar orchestration patterns.
• Define tool/API integration approach using MCP or structured contracts.
• Establish observability requirements for LLM calls, tool calls, latency, cost, failures, and quality.
• Ensure privacy, security, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
• Support technical decision-making across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud teams.

Required Skills
