Job summary

KirSa Studio is seeking a Senior AI Animator & Editor to create and edit AI-driven videos from scripts for an American audience. This role is permanent, full-time, and work-from-home with a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule, Monday–Saturday.

You will turn scripts into prompts, maintain consistency across scenes, and deliver approximately 6 minutes of AI video content daily. Strong English and Seedance 2.0 experience are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

Create AI videos and edit them into complete scenes, following scripts and the Director's instructions. Our content includes microdramas, promos, kids animation, documentaries, films and series for American audience.

Responsibilities

• Turn scripts and direction into accurate prompts and shots. Maintain consistent characters, clothes, locations, props and visual style.
• Check your output, fix mistakes and apply feedback accurately.
• Edit scenes with suitable pacing, basic transitions and filters. Remove blink frames, blank frames, unwanted frames and gaps.
• Keep projects organised, use generation credits carefully and report blockers early.
• Generate and edit approximately 6 minutes of professional AI video content per working day.
  

Requirements

• Professional Seedance 2.0 experience with portfolio samples.
• Strong experience in at least one: microdramas, narrative promos, trailers, children's animation, documentaries, short films, movies or long-form series.
• 2+ years of video editing experience.
• Strong English skills to understand scripts, dialogue, tone and context for an American audience, write prompts and follow feedback.
• Ability to work independently, solve common generation problems and explain how you created your portfolio projects.
  

Preferred

• Seedance 2.5 experience, supported by portfolio samples.
• Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency.
• Experience completing full projects or longer storytelling productions.
• Effective use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar AI tools for scripts, prompts and problem-solving.
