Job summary

Papigen is seeking a Senior Agile Delivery Lead with 8–10+ years of experience to own end-to-end delivery for the Onboarding & Access workstream. You will oversee sprint execution, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across distributed teams, with mandatory human review of AI outputs.

You will lead Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, manage backlogs in Azure DevOps, and drive delivery metrics, AI adoption, and continuous improvements in predictability and quality across enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience delivering software in Agile settings.
• 3+ years leading Agile teams and coordinating across time zones.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban; SAFe exposure is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and human-in-the-loop reviews.
• Ability to define and track AI delivery metrics and dependencies.
• Proven stakeholder management and risk/issue tracking.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Lead with 8–10+ years of experience and at least 3 years leading Agile teams. The candidate will own end-to-end delivery for the Onboarding & Access workstream, managing sprint execution, dependencies, risks, delivery metrics, and stakeholder communication. The role requires practical experience leading distributed teams that use AI coding and testing tools, with mandatory human review of AI-generated outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and manage backlog flow with the Product Owner.
• Plan and track delivery milestones, sprint commitments, dependencies, and releases.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) and maintain stakeholder reporting in Azure DevOps.
• Track delivery and AI metrics, including cycle time, throughput, escaped defects, AI adoption, review effort, and rework.
• Ensure the Definition of Done includes mandatory human review of AI-generated code and test outputs.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to tests and defects.
• Lead team onboarding, continuity planning, and distributed-team collaboration.
• Use AI-assisted reporting and risk analysis to improve delivery visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery predictability, quality, and team effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project delivery, or software delivery.
• 3+ years of experience leading Agile teams.
• Strong Scrum/Kanban knowledge; SAFe experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps dashboards, backlog management, and reporting.
• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience leading teams using AI coding and testing tools.
• Ability to define and track AI-delivery metrics.
• Experience embedding human review and quality gates into the Definition of Done.
• Strong dependency, risk, issue, and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise applications or platform initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Procurement or public-sector platform experience.
• Familiarity with Onboarding & Access, role/permission regression, or administration workflows.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, OutSystems Mentor, or agentic coding tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted status reporting, risk analysis, and delivery insights.
• Experience leading teams of 5–10 people across regions.
