Microland Limited is seeking a skilled SCCM Administrator to join our Bengaluru team. The role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining SCCM site servers, patches, and endpoint protections across our managed endpoints.
You will implement compliance baselines, generate deployment reports, and automate routine SCCM workflows while coordinating with AD for synchronized users and devices. This position requires hands-on experience and a strong focus on security and reliability.
Any Graduate (Engineering / Science)
Install and configure SCCM site servers, roles, and features according to best practices.
Set up database servers, distribution points, and reporting services as part of the SCCM deployment.
Configure and manage software update deployments to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
Monitor compliance and create reports on patching status.
Create and manage configuration baselines and compliance settings to ensure endpoint configurations adhere to company standards.
Remediate non-compliant systems using SCCM features.
Generate reports on software deployment, patch compliance, and other SCCM-related activities.
Document SCCM configurations, processes, and procedures.
Manage SCCM client installations, health, and agent communication.
Monitor client activity and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper functioning.
Configure and manage endpoint protection policies to safeguard systems from malware and threats.
Monitor and respond to security incidents using SCCM s security features.
Integrate SCCM with other systems, such as Active Directory, for user and device synchronization.
Develop automation scripts to streamline SCCM processes and workflows.
Monitor SCCM server performance, database usage, and resource utilization.
Plan for infrastructure scaling and optimization based on monitoring insights.
Stay updated with SCCM features, best practices, and new releases.
Follow change management procedures when implementing configuration changes and updates in SCCM.
