Job summary

Job Description

The role is responsible for translating architectural strategy into implementable solutions, driving execution across Active Directory, automation, and identity platforms. A key focus area is the development of engineering-led audit and monitoring solutions (e.g., WMI/PowerShell-based alternatives to StealthAUDIT).

This role acts as a trusted technical extension of the Lead Architect, ensuring standards are applied consistently across projects, and enabling delivery teams to build scalable, secure, and automated identity solutions aligned with enterprise IAM architecture.

Core Role Positioning

• Converts strategic direction from Lead AD Architect actionable solution designs
• Drives implementation patterns, standards adoption, and engineering alignment
• Acts as technical authority for AD solutions across projects

Experience & Skills (Mandatory)

Active Directory (Core Expertise)

• Deep expertise in:
• AD DS architecture (multi-domain/forest environments)
• Group design, GPO, and delegation
• Strong experience implementing:
• Enterprise-scale AD solutions
• Identity lifecycle and access governance

Automation & Monitoring

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• PowerShell scripting
• WMI / CIM queries
• Windows security event logs
• Experience building:
• Custom audit and reporting solutions

Identity & Integration

• Good understanding of:
• Entra ID / hybrid identity
• API-driven identity workflows
• Familiarity with:
• Automation platforms (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions)

DevOps & Engineering Awareness
