Job summary

Profectus Capital in Mumbai is seeking an Area Credit Manager to oversee underwriting for MEF and SFP loans and ensure timely processing aligned with policy. You will manage credit risk, analyze data, and collaborate with sales and underwriting teams.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with expertise in asset valuation and reading technical reports related to financed assets.

Qualifications

• Underwriting of MEF & SFP cases.
• Operate Loan Origination System and Loan Management System.
• Maintain Credit TAT.
• Manage underwriting per policy.
• Monitor delinquency and NPA against budgets.
• Data slicing and reporting.
• PDD monitoring and industry analysis.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite MEF & SFP (medical equipment/machinery funding, school funding) cases.
• Utilize LOS/LMS to ensure efficient processing and tracking.
• Maintain timely credit turnaround times (TAT).
• Enforce policy-compliant underwriting decisions.
• Monitor delinquency and NPA against budgeted levels.
• Analyze data and publish periodic reports.
• Provide input to policy based on underwriting experience.

Position – Area Credit Manager – MEF/SFP loans

Reporting to – NCM/RCM

Specific Responsibilities –

• Underwriting of MEF & SFP (medical equipment/machinery funding, School funding) cases
• Make optimal use of the Loan Origination System and Loan Management system
• Maintain Credit TAT
• Manage Credit Underwriting as per policy
• Monitor Delinquency and NPA to budgeted levels for the product
• Manage Credit Cost as per approved budgets
• Give feedback to Credit Policy based on experience of underwriting
• Data Slicing/ Analysis and publishing of the reports
• PDD monitoring
• Industry Analysis
