Job summary

Aryan Pumps & Enviro Solutions is seeking a qualified accountant in Mumbai to manage expense bookings, purchase accounting, payroll and statutory compliance, tender payments, and banking operations. The role also includes handling forex remittances and providing executive accounting support to directors.

The candidate should be graduate with accounting knowledge and willingness to handle end-to-end financial activities across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Expense Booking IOU Voucher booking, and cost centre allocation in Tally/ERP.
• Purchase Accounting Diesel purchase invoices with proper ledger and cost center allocation.
• Payroll & Statutory Accounting Accounting of salaries, incentives, TDS, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, prepaid expenses, and statutory compliances.
• Tender & Sales marketing related – Processing of tender fees, EMDs, stamp duty payments, and security deposit-related transactions (BG/FDR/DD).
• Banking Operations – Management of Bank Guarantees, bank reconciliations, Fixed Deposits, and Demand Drafts etc.
• Forex & Remittance Management – Handling foreign remittances, forex applications, and foreign currency arrangements.
• Administration & Executive Support – Accounting administration and support for Director-related financial matters & all personal accounting of Directors.
• Audit & Compliance – Coordination of internal/statutory audits, preparation of audit documents, stock verification, and fixed asset verification.
