Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL).
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, entries, and records.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders on accounting matters.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closures.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS.

Puneet Apparels, a textile and apparel company, is looking for a preferred Male Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial documentation, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, GST and TDS, along with good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software. The role will involve coordination with internal teams, vendors, customers, auditors, and management to ensure smooth and compliant accounting operations.

Job Description

• Male Candidate Preferred
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and other accounting records.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders regarding accounting-related matters.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS as required.
• Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents before processing.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up as required.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and information.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
• Support management with financial analysis and other accounting-related requirements.
• Perform all other important assignments given by management.

Requirements
